Scope of Work – Baner STP (25 MLD)
Construction of complete RCC civil structures for the Sewage Treatment Plant.
Execution of Pre-Treatment Unit (PTU) including screening and grit removal structures.
Civil works for Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) basins with all lifts, walls, slabs, and internal divisions.
Construction of Splitter Box, Selector Zone, and associated hydraulic structures.
RCC works for Disc Filter building and filtration units.
Execution of Chlorine Contact Tank (CCT) and associated disinfection chambers.
Construction of Administrative Building and internal utility structures.

Baner 25 MLD STP Pile Foundation – Pune
Scope of Work – 900 Pile Foundation Project
Execution of 900 vertical RCC piles as per approved structural drawings.
Setting out and marking of all pile locations with total station accuracy.
Mobilization and operation of piling rigs, cranes, and supporting machinery.
Boring of piles to specified depths and diameters using approved methodology.
Inspection of bore depth, strata conditions, and bore cleaning before reinforcement lowering.
Fabrication and placement of pile reinforcement cages as per design.
Concreting of piles using tremie method to ensure continuity and quality.
Maintenance of concrete logs and cube testing for each pile pour.
Verticality, depth, and integrity checks as per QA/QC norms.
Execution of initial load test, routine load tests, and integrity tests as required.
Proper disposal of excavated material and site housekeeping during piling operations.
Daily reporting, measurement documentation, and coordination with consultants and the client team.
Dhanori 33 MLD STP Pile Foundation – Pune
Scope of Work – 250 Pile Foundation Project

Mundhwa 20 MLD STP Retaining Wall – Pune
Scope of Work – RCC Retaining Wall (Length: 200 m)
Detailed setting out and alignment marking for the 200-meter RCC retaining wall using total station.
Excavation and dressing of foundation trenches as per approved drawings and soil conditions.
Laying of PCC bed and preparation of foundation surface for shuttering and steel works.
Fabrication, placing, and binding of reinforcement steel for footing, stem wall, and key sections.
Shuttering and formwork erection for all wall lifts with proper bracing and leveling.
Concreting of footing, wall lifts, and coping using controlled-grade concrete with slump and cube testing.
Construction of wall in sequential lifts ensuring verticality, line, level, and compaction.
Provision and fixing of weep holes, expansion joints, and water-stoppers where specified.
Backfilling behind the wall in layers with compaction using approved material.
Surface finishing, chamfers, and curing as per QA/QC standards.
Coordination with PMC/Consultant for inspection, approvals, and stage-wise certification.
Daily reporting, measurement documentation, and safety compliance throughout execution.
Jal Jeevan Mission Project – Pune
Scope of Work – Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM), Pune

AstronCorp successfully executed large-scale water supply infrastructure across five villages under the Jal Jeevan Mission in Pune District, Urse, Parandwadi, Chandkhed, Bebadohal, and Sangurdi.
The scope involved comprehensive engineering, construction, and commissioning activities, ensuring reliable drinking water delivery to the communities.
Work Executed
1. Water Distribution Pipeline Network – 84 Km
End-to-end laying of DI, HDPE, and OPVC pipelines, including trenching, jointing, valve chambers, washouts, air valves, testing, and reinstatement.
2. Construction of 5 Elevated Storage Reservoirs (ESR)
RCC ESRs ranging from 1 lakh to 3 lakh litre capacity, including staging, water-tight construction, internal ladders, galleries, and finishing.
3. Water Treatment Plants (WTP) – 3
Execution of 1 MLD to 2.5 MLD WTP units, including civil structures for flocculation, filtration, chemical dosing rooms, and clear water reservoirs.
4 . Hydro Testing & Pipeline Certification
Complete pressure testing of all distribution lines, ensuring leak-free and structurally sound networks as per JJM and BIS standards.
5 . Trial Run & Commissioning
Comprehensive system checks, valve operations, pump house integration, and 100% functionality testing before handing over to authorities.
Construction of Cement Concrete Roads – Dehu
Scope of Work – Cement Concrete Roads, Dehu
44 Locations – 12 km Total Length
AstronCorp executed the construction of 12 km of Cement Concrete (CC) internal city roads across 44 different locations in Dehu, delivering durable and long-lasting urban road infrastructure under challenging municipal conditions.
Work Executed
•Comprehensive site surveying, alignment setting, and gradient planning for all 44 road stretches.
•Excavation, subgrade preparation, and granular sub-base (GSB) laying with proper compaction.
•Laying of dry lean concrete (DLC) where required to ensure uniform support.
•Installation of formwork and surface finishing elements including chamfers and expansion joints.
•Placement of high-grade Cement Concrete using transit mixers, vibrators, and laser levels to achieve consistent thickness and smooth finish.
•Construction of side drains, cross-drainage structures, and road-edge protections where necessary.
•Curing, finishing, joint sealing, and final quality checks as per municipal standards.
•Coordination with local authorities for traffic diversion, safety measures, and work sequencing across multiple locations.
Construction of Precast Concrete Wall – Urse Pune

AstronCorp executed the construction of a 325-meter precast concrete boundary wall for Mahindra CIE, ensuring high durability, precision installation, and strict industrial safety compliance for an MNC facility.
